One
of the numerous magnificent abodes
of deities across Kerala, The Sri
Kashimath Temple marks the faith and
prayers of millions of Hindu devotees
all over the world. The temple enshrines
the Hindu deities in their full elegance
and adornment, typical of a Hindu
temple.
The temple is benignly situated near
Chemgam in the West Hill area of Calicut.
The temple was enthusiastically established
in 1983, bearing fruit to the community
efforts in Calicut. Administered by
the Muth, the temple witnesses many
religious functions on regular basis.
The temple is frequented by multitude
of crowd to get a glimpse of the deities
installed within the premises as well
as to attend the functions held at
the temple with zeal and devotion.
